18December is available as a white label platform for organisations that touch death, dying, and bereavement. Offer your members, clients, and families a guided end-of-life journey under your own brand, reducing burden on your staff while genuinely supporting people through one of the hardest experiences of their lives.

Give residents and families a guided end-of-life journey alongside your existing care, from advance directives to estate settlement.

Complement your clinical care with guidance on everything from medication management to what happens the day a loved one dies at home.

Give employees facing terminal illness, caring for a dying loved one, or grieving a guided, practical companion that carries the load alongside your counselling.

Before an organisation puts its members in front of us, it will want to know how their information is handled. In July 2026, 18December was certified to SMB1001:2026 Level 3 (Gold) by CyberCert, an Australian cyber security standard covering people, processes and technology. At this level the standard is confirmed by a formal attestation from our director rather than by an external audit, and we would rather tell you that ourselves than have you find it in a review.
Underneath the certificate: member documents are stored in Australia, on servers in Sydney, and are encrypted in transit and at rest. The accounts we use to run the platform are protected with multi-factor authentication and passkeys. We have a written incident response plan and we operate under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. Our Trust and Security page sets out the detail, and we are happy to complete your vendor security questionnaire.
